Volunteer at Cokato Charitable Trust
Cokato Charitable Trust is a nonprofit, nursing and rehabilitation facility that welcomes the kindness of volunteers to enhance the lives of our residents. Volunteers that help us at Cokato Charitable Trust are people of various ages and in different stages of their lives. The minimum age is 13 years old.
Some of our Volunteer Opportunities are as follows but not limited to this list.
1-on-1 visits with our residents
Monday – Friday any time from 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday & Sundays any time from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
Helping with bingo
Mondays & Fridays 1:30 pm – 2:30pm
Pet therapy
Visits with your pet that are leashed, has their updated shots record, and are friendly.
Helping with church services and spiritual enrichment
Wednesday’s at 2:45 pm and Sunday’s at 9:30 am
Sewing / fixing buttons, holes and simple hems

Gardening
(no specific hours)
Provide volunteer assistance with planting and maintaining annuals and perennial plants at Cokato Charitable Trust.
