Inpatient and Outpatient Therapy in Cokato
Rehabilitation services at Cokato Charitable Trust are provided onsite through our therapy partner, Pro Rehab.
Therapy is available for residents as well as community members. You do not need to live at one of our facilities to receive outpatient services.
If you have a physician order for therapy, you may schedule directly with Pro Rehab.

Outpatient Therapy for the Community
Many people assume rehabilitation services at Cokato Charitable Trust are only for residents. That is not the case.
Outpatient therapy is open to community members with a physician referral.
Appointments are coordinated directly through Pro Rehab.

Inpatient Therapy for Residents
Residents of Cokato Manor and Brookridge may receive therapy services as part of their care plan when ordered by a physician.
Having therapy onsite simplifies coordination and supports continuity of care during recovery.

Pro Rehab is a Minnesota-based therapy provider that partners with Cokato Charitable Trust to deliver licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Therapists work closely with nursing staff and physicians to support safe and steady recovery.
