At Cokato Charitable Trust, careers often begin earlier than people expect.
We hire 15-year-olds for select entry-level positions that provide valuable work experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. These roles may include dietary support, housekeeping assistance, and other non-clinical departments.
For many employees, their first job started right here in Cokato.
Some of our current team members began in entry-level roles as teenagers and have since grown into nursing, leadership, and administrative positions. That kind of long-term growth does not happen everywhere.

Rehabilitation Careers
Rehabilitation services at Cokato Charitable Trust are provided onsite through our therapy partner, Pro Rehab. While Pro Rehab therapists work closely with our residents and community members, they are employees of Pro Rehab and manage their own hiring process.
