Senior Living Services
Senior Care and Housing in Cokato, Minnesota
Cokato Charitable Trust provides a full range of senior living services in Cokato, Minnesota. Our campus and community programs are designed to support older adults at different stages of life, whether that means independent living, daily assistance, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, or meal support at home.
Families often come to us with questions. What level of care is needed? Is independent living still appropriate? Would assisted living provide more support? Does short-term rehabilitation make sense after a hospital stay?
We offer options that allow individuals to receive the right level of care while remaining close to home.
