As a nonprofit organization, our mission is rooted in providing care, housing, and support for older adults close to home. For many families, we are more than a care provider. We are a place where parents, grandparents, neighbors, and friends continue to feel at home.
Every day, we serve individuals and families from Cokato and surrounding communities with services that promote dignity, independence, and connection.
