Cokato Charitable Trust provides home-delivered meals to seniors and community members in Cokato and surrounding areas.
This program supports individuals who may have difficulty preparing meals on their own but wish to remain living independently at home.
Meals are prepared with attention to nutrition and delivered directly to the home.
